Toysy Return and Refund Policy

At Toysy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items and request a refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments).

  • Digital products or downloadable software.

  • Gift cards.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images (if applicable).

  3. Our team will respond with return instructions and shipping information.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval.


3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First, check your bank account or payment provider.

  • Then contact your bank; it may take some time before the refund is posted.

  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at meeshaimteam@gmail.com


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at meeshaimteam@gmail.com


6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
