1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select the product(s) you want, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and make payment.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – for orders within Pakistan

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner’s website.


4. What are your delivery times?

  • Standard Delivery: 3 – 5 business days (within Pakistan)

  • Express Delivery: 1 – 2 business days (available in select areas)
    Delivery time may vary based on your location and external factors.


5. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be announced soon—stay tuned!


6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not been processed yet, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting us immediately at meeshaimteam@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0311-4831454


7. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.


8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer a return/exchange policy within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags intact. Some exclusions apply. Check our Return & Refund Policy for full details.


9. Are your products authentic?

Yes! All our products are 100% original and sourced from verified suppliers or manufactured under strict quality standards.
